- Made-to-Order Items: Processing times vary:

- Others take 10-15 business days, depending on complexity.
- Each product listing displays the exact processing time for that item.
Shipping Options
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.
- Standard Shipping: USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
- Expedited Shipping: Priority Mail or Express Mail available at checkout.
Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders
- Orders over $150 require a signature upon delivery.
- If you’re unavailable at delivery, USPS will leave a notice for pickup at your local post office or you can schedule a redelivery.
- This is for added security to ensure safe delivery of your order.
Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- If your order is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with your local post office or carrier first.
International Shipping

- Unsupported Destinations: If we don’t ship to your country, we recommend using a forwarding service like "Shipito."
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- We do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, but we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our hands.
- If you'd like extra protection, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance—just let us know, and we’ll be happy to add it for you!
Address Accuracy & Returns Due to Undeliverable Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it for a small fee or offer a refund minus shipping costs.
Exchanges & Resizing Policy
Jewelry Exchanges
- Need a different size? For jewelry items, we offer one free exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- If the new size isn’t available, we’ll provide a credit or refund once we receive your return.
- Exchanges are not available for personalized or engraved jewelry (but we can discuss possible adjustments).
Resizing & Remaking for Made-to-Order Items
- For made-to-order leather items, resizing means completely remaking the piece from scratch.
- Since each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, we offer a remake at 50% of the original price + shipping.
- If you need a different size, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist with the best option for you.
Returning an Item
- Contact us with your order number.
- We’ll provide return instructions and any necessary details.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund promptly.
Warranty & Repairs
