Shipping Details

Free Shipping to Continental USA over $50. 

  • Orders ship from sunny Florida, United States. 
  • Standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail for domestic and international orders.
  • Upgraded shipping options are available for faster delivery.
  • Orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery for your peace of mind.

Important Shipping Information

  • To ensure your packages arrive safely, please double-check your shipping address and monitor your tracking information.
  • We recommend insuring your shipment. Contact us before ordering to add this option.
  • If packages are returned to us due to address issues or missed delivery attempts, we will reship them at your expense.

Shipping Upgrades

  • Speed up delivery with Priority Mail or Express Mail options. Note that this affects shipping time, not the production time of handmade items.

International Buyers

  • Check your country’s customs regulations before purchasing to understand any additional fees or taxes.
  • International delivery typically takes 10-15 business days, but customs delays are beyond our control.
  • For countries we don’t ship to directly, consider using a forwarding service like "Shipito".

Returns and Exchanges We want you to love your Cuckoo Nest Art Studio item. Each piece is handmade with care, so slight variations are normal and add to the unique charm.

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days to return items in their original, unused condition.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange.

Unclaimed Items

  • We will hold unclaimed items for three months before donating them.

Resize Policy

  • If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a resizing service for 50% of the original item price plus shipping costs. You will also need to cover the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
  • Items must be in original condition and not personalized to be eligible for resizing.

Warranty

  • We offer a one-year warranty on craftsmanship. Repairs due to craftsmanship issues are free within one year. After one year, repairs will incur a reasonable charge plus shipping costs.
  • The watch face has a one-year guarantee. We will replace it once within this period if mailed back to us.
  • Warranty does not cover crystal, damage from improper handling, accidents, normal wear and tear, or water damage.

Sales Tax

  • We charge local sales tax for orders shipped to Florida.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 25% fee.
  • Changes to wrist size are only accepted within 1 days of order placement. After that, a 20% fee will apply.
