PAYMENT

We accept PayPal payment, credit card, debit card payments through PayPal. You can check out through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.


SHIPPING

  • FREE SHIPPING TO CONTINENTAL USA
  • Shipping from Florida, United States.
  • Shipping Method: USPS first class mail in the states and USPS first class overseas.
  • Upgrading to faster shipping is available and charged accordingly.
  • Orders over $100 will be sent with signature tracking.
  • PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering.
  • ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
  • Any packages returned to us due to a wrong or incorrect address, undelivereble, not signed for, etc.... will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Please double check your address is correct, keep your eye on the tracking and keep in mind that orders over $100 needs to be signed for or you can pick it up at your local post office. 

 

SHIPPING UPGRADES

Orders purchesed with Priority Mail or Express mail will have the same turn around time as the listing shows.

Example: if the turn around time is 2-3 weeks and you purhcase the item with Express mail, it means we will send out your order within 2-3 weeks with Express mail. The shipping upgrade will speed up the delivery, but not the production time.

If you need your order bumped up to the front of the production line, choose the "Rush order with Express Mail" option at check out. With this option we will start working on your order the next business day and it will be ready to ship between 1-4 business days. Please note that the leather bands are made from scratch, it has drying time and we still need up to 4 business days until we can mail it out.

 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

We strongly encourage all buyers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs regulations before making international purchases.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.

Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 10-15 business days. Please note we cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For countries we don't ship to, please set up an account with Shipito or other similar service. We ship direct to them and Shipito forwards to you, all insured!

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE 

We hope you thoroughly enjoy your Cuckoo Nest Art Studio item. Please remember each item was lovingly handmade with carefully chosen leather and high quality components.
Slight variations from the image are considered normal. We use the best American made leather, but blemishes in full grain vegetable-tanned leather are natural. Each piece of hand-cut leather is unique and different. It varies in color, it accepts dyes differently, and it has variations in depth and feel. I do my very best to replicate the item in the listing, but variations in color are likely.

Only unused items are eligible for return. Items must be returned exactly in the same condition they were received. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we can't accept it for return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Custom orders and engraved/personalized items can NOT be refunded, resized or exchanged as they are specially made.

You must notify me in advance of your return and we will work out the details. Items needs to be mailed back within 5 days from the date you received it, in order to receive refund or exchange.

 

RESIZE

If you make an error and order the wrong size for yourself or a loved one as a gift, there is a 50% fee of the original item plus shipping to remake the the band and you need to pay to ship the original item back to us.

Items needs to be in their original condition and without any personalization to be eligible for resize. 

 

WARRANTY 

If anything breaks due to craftsmanship we will repair it at no charge within one (1) year of receipt. After the one year, there will be a small, reasonable charge for repairs and replacement parts plus shipping cost to your location.

There is a one (1) year guarantee on the watch face from the date of purchase. We will replace the watch face only once within this one year and you will need to mail back the old one.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
-Crystal
-Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
-Water damage

 

SALES TAX 

We charge local sales taxes in our home state of Florida.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation only accepted within 2 days from the order received. Orders cancelled after the 2 days period will be subject to 25% cancellation fee.

If you would like to change the wrist size after you placed your order is only accepted for two days. After that, there will be 20% fee for that, since we already working on your original order.

We pay very close attention to every leather item we make. Your item is guaranteed to be of the highest quality craftsmanship.
