  • A: No problem! If you require just the band, we'll need some additional measurements. Please reach out via email for instructions on how to provide those measurements.

  • Q: What customization options are available? 

  • A: We offer various customization options for our items. You can have your message, monogram, or logo laser engraved on the leather. Some designs can be engraved on the back, while others can be engraved on the front. We can also mix and match watch faces, change the color of the leather band, rivets, and stitching (black or gray thread only), or make minor design changes. However, we do not offer completely new shapes as custom designs.

  • At Cuckoo Nest Art Studio, each leather band is handcrafted with care. Custom orders or modifications to existing designs are final sale, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We're here to guide you through the planning process to ensure you receive exactly what you envisioned. Thank you for understanding.

  • Q: How should I care for my watches and bracelets?

  • A: To maintain their quality and appearance, avoid exposing them to water. For leather bands, spot clean with a damp cloth as needed. If they do get wet, pat dry gently and allow them to air dry completely before wearing again.

  •  Q: How do I condition my leather watch band?

  • A: Use any leather conditioner sparingly, working it into the leather gently. Let it sit overnight, then buff off any excess with a soft cloth. If your band has distressed areas, apply conditioner only to the back to avoid altering the distressed look on the front.

     

 Gift Wrapping and Packaging:

  • Q: How will my item be packaged?

  • A: Your item will come nicely packaged, ready for gift giving. We do not include any pricing with it.

     

 Wholesale Availability:

  • A: Currently, we do not offer wholesale options, but this may change in the future based on demand. If you're interested, we can add you to a waiting list to notify you if wholesale becomes available.

While we use the best American-made leather, natural blemishes in full-grain vegetable-tanned leather are common. Each hand-cut leather piece is unique, varying in color, dye absorption, depth, and feel. While we strive to replicate the item in the listing, variations in color are likely.

 

Leather Information:

  • Q: What type of leather do you use to make your watch bands?
  • A: We use vegetable-tanned leather, the highest quality full-grain leather available. Full-grain leather retains the complete, intact grain of the hide, making it extremely durable and resistant to wear. It is the best quality leather on the market, known for its natural beauty and strength.
  • Vegetable-tanned leather undergoes a traditional tanning process using natural tannins from plants like tree bark. This process results in leather that ages beautifully, developing a rich patina over time. The leather has a distinctive, pleasant earthy smell and a unique look that highlights the natural variations and character of the hide.
  • Because it undergoes minimal processing, vegetable-tanned leather remains sturdy and visually appealing. It accepts dyes differently, resulting in rich, deep colors that enhance its natural texture. The quality is immediately noticeable, setting it apart from cheaper leather options. Our vegetable-tanned leather bands improve with age, making them a timeless and durable choice for your watch.

 

Compatibility:

  • Q: Are your Apple watch bands compatible with all models?
  • A: Yes, all our Apple watch bands are compatible with Series 1-9 models and ULTRA 1-2 as well.

 

Lead Time:

  • Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
  • A: Each leather band is made to order, and the typical turnaround time is between 1-3 weeks, depending on the season. We always aim to send orders out as soon as possible. For jewelry, we ship within 1-3 business days.

     

Expedited Orders:

  • Q: What if I need my order sooner?
  • A: While we do not offer a rush order option at the moment, please contact us if you need your order by a certain date. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Additionally, shipping upgrades are available at checkout for faster delivery.

 

Repair Services:

  • Q: Do you offer repair services?
  • A: Yes, we offer repair services for our watchbands. If anything breaks within one year, repairs are free. After about five years of use, you might need some stitching redone or a new strap, depending on how heavily the item was used. We will repair your item at a reasonable cost if it is repairable.

 

Return Policy:
