- Personalized items can NOT be returned and they can not be re sized.
- Men’s watches for wrist size 6″ and under can NOT be returned and they can not be re sized.
- Orders over 8″ wrist size can NOT be returned and they can not be re sized.
- To make a band for a wrist size over 8″ will cost an additional $10 due to extra material.
- Each quartz watch includes a battery.
- We are not responsible for costs related to changing the battery in a watch repair / jewelry store.
- We will respond to emails within 24-48 hours.
- Please don’t email through our PayPal email address, it is not monitored frequently.
We pay very close attention to every leather item we make. Your item is guaranteed to be of the highest quality craftsmanship. We use the best American made leather, but blemishes in full grain vegetable-tanned leather are natural. Each piece of hand-cut leather is unique and different. It varies in color, it accepts dyes differently, and it has variations in depth and feel. We do our very best to replicate the item in the listing, but variations in color are likely.
